1. Data controller
Paula Reis Azenha, Sociedade de Advogados, with registered office at Avenida Dom João II Nº 12, 1.º Esc. 1, 1990-091 Lisboa, is the entity responsible for processing the personal data collected through this website.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide — name, email, phone number and description of your matter — through the contact form, as well as technical browsing data (IP address, browser, operating system).
3. Purposes
Data is used to respond to your enquiry, provide legal services where applicable and fulfil legal obligations (including identification and anti-money-laundering duties).
4. Retention
Contact data for enquiries that do not proceed is deleted within six months. Client data is retained for the statutory period of five years after the conclusion of the mandate, unless a specific legal obligation requires otherwise.
5. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by contacting paula@preisa.pt. You may also lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Protecção de Dados (CNPD), Portugal's data protection authority, or with your local supervisory authority under the GDPR.
